The mould racking is designed as drawers and suitable to store & retrieve heavy moulds, which have to be loaded and unloaded by cranes.

The mould racking includes 5 basic details:

  • Upright frames: Bearing for the whole system.
  • Bracing rods: Dispersing force between the upright frames.
  • Beams: Connecting between 2 upright frames and keeping the system stable.
  • Rails: Connecting between the upright frames and the drawers, and is the place which the drawers slide in and out.
  • Drawers: Containing goods. They are able to slide in and out.

- Each mould can store from 1 to 3 goods depending on their size. The total load of the mold is less than 1000 kg.

- Can install additional machineries and cranes to help load/unload goods easily.

- Easily disassembling, moving and cleaning.

- The drawers are locked in a static state, help to ensure safety.
