Warranty and Maintenance

Eurorack Mechanical JSC is committed to providing customers with high-quality storage rack products, along with attentive warranty and maintenance services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to our product warranty and maintenance services.

1. Applicable Subjects and Scope

This warranty and maintenance policy applies to all storage racks, industrial mezzanine floors, steel pallets, and warehouse auxiliary equipment provided by Eurorack.

The policy is effective from the date of purchase and is applicable to customers in designated areas as specified by the company.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for Eurorack's storage racks and steel pallets ranges from 12 to 36 months, depending on the product and contractual agreement.

The warranty is valid from the date of delivery.

During the warranty period, if the product encounters any technical issues caused by manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

After the warranty period expires, Eurorack continues to support customers with repair, upgrading, replacement, and relocation services upon request, with costs determined based on actual expenses.

3. Warranty Conditions

- The product must be within the warranty period and accompanied by a valid warranty card or purchase invoice.

- The product must have defects caused by manufacturing and not by user misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external environmental factors.

- The product must be installed, used, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

4. Cases Where Warranty is Denied

- The product is out of warranty.

- The product lacks a valid warranty card or purchase invoice.

- Misuse, improper use, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties that alter or damage the product structure.

- Damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters, fires, floods, or other accidents.

- Damage due to improper or irregular maintenance against the manufacturer’s recommendations.

5. Warranty Process

When encountering issues, customers should contact Eurorack’s customer care team via phone at 028 39 953 088 or email info@eurorack.vn to report the issue.

After receiving the information, we will inspect and identify the issue. If the product qualifies for warranty, we will repair or replace it as soon as possible.

If the product does not qualify for warranty, we will advise a repair solution with associated costs for the customer.

6. Maintenance Services

In addition to the warranty policy, we offer periodic maintenance services to ensure your storage racks remain in optimal working condition.

Maintenance includes inspection, cleaning, and adjustment of rack components to extend product lifespan.

Customers can register for maintenance services through Eurorack’s customer care team. We will schedule regular maintenance and dispatch technical staff to inspect and service the products.
